bereavement, eating disorders and general stress can cause difficulty in coping with life.

Through counselling and psychotherapy I am prepared to work with clients to

overcome these difficulties so that through their own empowerment they can discover

the full potential of their lives.

 

I have a professional training in counselling, psychotherapy and art therapy.

I also have extensive experience in working with people who have

eating disorders and also with their family members.
